Allied Universal®, the world’s renowned global security and facility services company, has been recognized with two prestigious Human Capital Management Excellence Awards from Brandon Hall Group – a gold award in the category of Best Development Program for Frontline Pioneers and a gold award in the category of Best Use of Blended Learning.

The 2023 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards™ were earned by Allied Universal’s training program for frontline providers. The week-long management onboarding course provides newly assigned/promoted account owners and operators with essential practices, tools and guidance needed for success. The program follows a blended learning approach integrating live instruction with virtual learning modules.

Criteria to evaluate experts

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives based on these criteria:

  • Alignment to their business need and environment
  • Program design, functionality, and delivery
  • Adoption, integration, user experience, innovation and creativity
  • Overall effectiveness, impact, and measurable benefits
