Electronic Security Factory Rep Firm - LRG, inc, one of the largest rep firms in the United States, has announced that LRG, inc veterans - John Swinford and Kenny Hilton purchased the organization from Chris Lanier effective March 13th.

A long-time industry veteran, Lanier founded LRG, inc in 2001. Texas-based LRG, inc covers 16 Central U.S. states for many of the industry’s top-tier manufacturers of intrusion, video, fire, audio, and networking solutions. Lanier will be retained for 2024 assisting with the transition and leading new Vendor and Business Development initiatives.

Transition

This move is by design and with the right people for the future of the company,” Lanier reports. “LRG has worked hard to service our customers and the supply chain with an ongoing sense of sales urgency. We are very appreciative of our partnerships and friendships in the industry.”

New CEO Swinford and CFO Hilton combine for over 23 years of LRG experience alone as Regional Sales Managers and are joined by Conrad Hartwig who continues his role as VP of Sales for the organization.
