Numerica Corporation announced that the company has received the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certification for the robust quality management system implemented to bring its Spyglass short-range surveillance radar to the market.

The certification was issued through Platinum Registration, a Denver-based ANAB-accredited management system certification body, and awarded on March 10, 2022.

The strict requirements of the certification ensure that the product consistently meets the customer’s requirements and that the quality of the product is consistently improved.

Spyglass, 3D radar for C-UAS

Spyglass radar supports a broad set of applications, including facility security, border surveillance, convoy and vehicle protection

Introduced in February 2021, Spyglass is a 3D radar for counter unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) and short-range ground and air defense missions.

Designed to fill the need for exceptional C-UAS detection and tracking performance, the Spyglass radar supports a broad set of applications, including facility security, border surveillance, convoy and vehicle protection, air space monitoring, and more.

Software-driven control capabilities

With a high degree of configurability and out-of-the-box support for distributed operations, the Spyglass radar’s software-driven control capabilities enable seamless integration into layered defense systems.
