Rapiscan Systems, a global supplier of security inspection systems, launches the 935DX, a new model within its growing line of ORION™ X-ray screening systems. The 935DX, among the largest tunneled conveyor systems on the market, is primarily designed for screening air cargo and pallets.

By positioning its primary generator centrally under the conveyor, in combination with a proprietary, U-shaped detector line, operators obtain extremely accurate images, with the correct aspect ratio, regardless of an object’s orientation or position on the conveyor belt.

No installation or service access

Rapiscan has also designed the 935DX with no installation or service access required from above, so the system is well suited for facilities with low overhead space constraints such as those found within many air cargo facilities.

All ORION Baggage and Parcel Inspection (BPI) solutions provide unparalleled image quality and reliability.

Precise and accurate information

Ted Alston at Rapiscan Systems said, “We are continuously adapting and evolving our technology and screening solutions to stay ahead of our competitors. Our new ORION 935DX has been purpose-built to deliver precise and accurate information to operators, enabling them to act quickly."

Rapiscan Systems products and solutions keep customers at the forefront of industry performance and technology with high-value, easy-to-use solutions.
