Rapiscan Systems Inc. has recently acquired all assets of VOTI Detection Inc. As a result, all technical support services for VOTI Products are now being transitioned into the Global Rapiscan service organization.
Due to the bankruptcy of VOTI, Rapiscan purchased only the assets; this means that none of the former contractual obligations or warranties transition to Rapiscan. However, please know that they are aggressively working to re-establish support capabilities that meet the customers’ needs.
Re-establishes VOTI’s global support partner network
Rapiscan are also re-establishing VOTI’s global support partner network that customers have grown to know and relied upon over the years, in hopes of providing customers with a seamless customer experience.
While Rapiscan endeavor to make this transition as smooth as possible, they realize that there will be challenges along the way, but assure customers that they will attempt to minimize these issues as quickly as possible.
