Situated in the insurance sector of the capital, the building spans more than 900,000 square feet, accommodating up to 10,000 individuals through its combined office, retail, and amenity spaces.

Incident Response Standardization
The advanced security framework of 40 Leadenhall comprises over 200 cameras, more than 250 doors, and 2,600 data points managed via Genetec Security Center.
These are hosted on Genetec Streamvault servers. Genetec Mission Control enhances the system by standardizing responses to incidents through advanced automation. It can integrate with other building systems to automate responses to issues like power failures and water leaks, providing proactive responses and timely notifications to ensure safety.
Enhanced Visitor Experience
Axis Communications cameras further improve situational awareness across the site
Access technologies from partners such as HID Global and Mercury Communications improve navigation throughout the building. Occupants can use mobile wallet credentials for frictionless entry, while visitors receive QR code passes, eliminating the need for temporary plastic cards. Genetec workstations, strategically located in the building, allow role-based access for different operators. Receptionists can enroll visitors, while security teams can run reports and monitor events on dedicated workstations or tablets. Security Center's interactive floor plans enable operators to quickly identify devices, investigate activities, or view live video, reducing training time.
The building's digital experience is further enhanced by integration with the 40 Leadenhall app, powered by VTS Activate, allowing occupiers to issue virtual visitor passes and access amenities seamlessly. Occupiers can issue virtual visitor passes, receive arrival notifications, and seamlessly access amenities including wellness spaces, cycle facilities and the Peloton studio.
