Workforce development programs

Johnson Controls continues to be a pioneer in providing workforce development programs amidst a national trade workforce shortage, helping to build the next generation of green-minded skilled workers. They continue their efforts through the following:

  • Partnership with the STEM 101 program, which bridges the STEM career awareness gap for students
  • Completed eight HVAC labs, with three in progress for Fall 2022 and nine in development for 2022-2023
  • “Train the Trainer” program
  • Funding nearly $80 million to their Johnson Controls Foundation to support U.S. charitable organizations
