CipherStash Appoints Paul Hawkins As New Chief Information Security Officer

CipherStash, a pioneering cybersecurity company known for its innovative approach to data encryption, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Hawkins as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Mr. Hawkins, formerly a Principal in the Office of the CISO for Amazon Web Services (AWS), brings a wealth of experience and expertise in cybersecurity to further strengthen CipherStash’s commitment to digital defense.

His extensive background in the security domain will help position CipherStash for even greater success in safeguarding sensitive information.

Hawkins joined CipherStash shortly after the company concluded a highly successful, oversubscribed Seed-2 funding round, securing $3 million USD led by Skip Capital, with participation from SixThirty Ventures. The investment has allowed CipherStash to advance its technology and now expand its C-Suite.
