Global security manufacturer, Gallagher Security, is excited to welcome Luisa Merlano to the role of Technical Business Development Manager for the Latin America region.

Luisa enhances the technical expertise of the team with a solid background in electrical engineering. She has accumulated valuable experience over the past three years working with Gallagher Security products as a Gallagher Certified Channel Partner in Colombia. Her hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Gallagher’s solutions make her an invaluable asset to the team.

On joining #TeamOrange, Luisa says: "I am excited about the learning opportunities and the chance to enhance projects from the manufacturer's perspective. In my initial months, I aim to fully immerse myself in our solutions, understand all successful use cases, and introduce them to potential clients who require tailored solutions."

Stepping into the role in late May, Luisa’s appointment enhances resources in the Latin America region, enabling the team to provide enhanced support for Channel Partners, End Users, Consultants, and Technology Partners.

Growth efforts in LATAM

Focused on building strong partnerships, Luisa looks forward to collaborating with Technology and Channel Partners to help provide End Users with comprehensive tailored solutions. She is also excited about the potential to establish Gallagher's presence throughout Latin America: “While Colombia presents significant opportunities, I am also enthusiastic about the prospects for further expansion across the region.”
