Elite Interactive Solutions reported record-setting performance in 2025, with their remote video guarding and real-time crime prevention solutions achieving unprecedented effectiveness.
Their Security Operations Command Center (SOCC) reported preventing over 71,000 crimes, with police dispatches resulting in apprehensions or arrests 78% of the time, marking a significant 21-percentage-point improvement from the previous year.
Crime Prevention Achievements
Throughout 2025, Elite Interactive's team leveraged advanced remote guarding technology to exceed expectations in crime prevention, evidenced by a more than twofold increase in direct command center interventions since 2021.
Additionally, collaboration with law enforcement led to nearly three times as many arrests and detainments over the past five years. These results exemplify the company's commitment to enhancing safety and efficiency.
Innovative Security Approach
Elite’s SOCC handled 24 million alerts in 2025, acting only on verified eventsAccording to Security Director Noel Delgado, "It is exciting and gratifying to review these 2025 numbers showing all we have accomplished to meet our mission of keeping our clients’ properties and people as safe and secure as possible."
Elite’s SOCC operators adeptly managed around 24 million alerts in 2025, ensuring that only validated events were addressed and thereby minimizing false alarms. This efficiency allows their streamlined team of skilled operators to perform at high levels.
Collaborative Efforts and Process
If unheeded after three live voice-down warnings, Elite Interactive engages law enforcement, remaining connected with dispatch to act as live witnesses, providing officers with crucial situational awareness.
This approach ensures officers can be more effective and safe, benefiting from Elite’s strategic efficiency and technological capabilities.
Law Enforcement Partnership
Elite's internal Law Enforcement Advisory Board (LEAB), which includes former law enforcement executives, plays a pivotal role in maintaining communication and cooperation with agencies nationwide.
This collaboration ensures that Elite’s practices continue to enhance the effectiveness and safety of first responders.
Proven Impact Across Industries
The company’s impact spans more than a dozen commercial and industrial sectors. The highest arrest/detainment rates were observed in multifamily dwellings (87%), schools/houses of worship (85%), general commercial premises (82%), retail/shopping centers (75%), and auto dealerships (68%).
Across all these markets, Elite recorded significant improvements over the previous year, demonstrating its effective crime-prevention strategy.
Commitment to Continued Success
Tom Stone III, Elite Chief Security Officer, remarked, "As a longtime and recently retired Los Angeles Police Department sergeant, I fully appreciate the magnitude of Elite’s crimefighting efforts, success and partnership with law enforcement."
Elite's ongoing dedication to innovation and excellence is reflected in the positive outcomes and client loyalty cultivated through its robust crime prevention measures.
Elite Interactive Solutions, the industry pioneer in remote video guarding and real-time crime prevention, announces that its final 2025 year-end results have established new benchmarks in operational excellence and effectiveness.
The data shows how Elite’s market-leading remote guarding solution is continuing to have a revolutionary impact on preventing crimes. This is impressively demonstrated by achieving more than twice the number of direct voice-down command center interventions since 2021 and teaming with law enforcement on nearly three times as many arrests and detainments during that same five-year span.
Crime prevention results
By the time the clock struck midnight on Dec. 31, 2025, Elite’s 24/7/365 Security Operations Command Center (SOCC) had directly prevented more than 71,000 crimes and actively assisted with police on more than 2,000 other real-time crime situations.
Those police dispatches resulted in a detainment or arrest 78% of the time (a record high). That’s nearly four out of every five dispatches — and an astonishing 21-percentage-point increase from 2024.
Keeping people safe
“It is exciting and gratifying to review these 2025 numbers showing all we have accomplished to meet our mission of keeping our clients’ properties and people as safe and secure as possible,” says Elite Security Director Noel Delgado.
“As a testament to Elite’s precision, our command center cleared almost 24 million alerts during 2025 — all the while filtering out the noise, eliminating false alarms and never missing an event. And our unrivaled efficiencies allow our comparatively low head count of highly skilled operators to excel.”
Process
Elite reaches out to engage law enforcement only after three live voice-down warnings from its command center go unheeded. In the relatively low number of instances when that happens (4%), Elite remains on the line with dispatch, acting as a live eyewitness partner to police responding to active crimes in progress. This affords officers situational awareness and aids them in being more effective, efficient and, crucially, safer.
Elite’s intensively trained command center operators never waste time clearing nuisance alerts, allowing them to focus on verified events, preventing loss, damage and injury. They represent one of the four key areas the company has focused on to optimize effectiveness in preventing crime.
Along with personnel that take action, the other three elements are expertise that optimizes performance, technology that sees what matters and partnerships with law enforcement that accelerate response.
Effective and safe work
Regarding the latter, Elite maintains an internal Law Enforcement Advisory Board (LEAB) comprised of former law enforcement executives that act as a liaison to agencies across the country.
The LEAB reviews the command center’s activities daily to ensure Elite continues to help first responders do their jobs more effectively and safely.
Positive outcomes
“As a longtime and recently retired Los Angeles Police Department sergeant, I fully appreciate the magnitude of Elite’s crimefighting efforts, success and partnership with law enforcement, which is why I joined the organization during 2025,” says Elite Chief Security Officer Tom Stone III.
“The crime prevention figures for the past year are in line with Elite’s sterling track record and tireless drive for constant improvement and innovation in training, practices, and technology. That translates to positive outcomes that cultivate our loyal clients.”
Vertical markets
Elite’s diverse, nationwide customer base encompasses more than a dozen commercial and industrial vertical markets. According to the final 2025 data, the applications in which the remote guarding solution has had the greatest effect, in terms of arrest/detainments percentage, are multifamily (87%); schools/houses of worship (85%); general commercial such as offices/warehouses (82%); retail/shopping centers (75%); and auto dealerships (68%).
Amazingly, Elite achieved significant increases in every one of those vertical markets from the prior year. Even more noteworthy, since Elite began formally tracking these metrics in 2019 the company’s command center has recorded more than a quarter-million crime preventions.
