Elite Interactive Solutions has announced the expansion of its executive team with the appointment of three new key roles, following the recent involvement of private equity investment from CIVC Partners and the elevation of Michael Zatulov to CEO.
These strategic hires include Jonathan Schwan as Chief Financial Officer, Thomas Stone III as Chief Security Officer, and Eran Yaniv as Vice President of Engineering, each bringing significant industry experience to the company.
Schwan's Financial Expertise
Jonathan Schwan joins Elite Interactive Solutions with nearly two decades of financial leadership experience. Previously, he excelled as a Managing Director at CIBC Bank USA for over 16 years, where he led the Security Industry Group as Group Portfolio Manager. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from North Park University and an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
Schwan expressed his enthusiasm for his new role by stating, "I am thrilled to join Elite Interactive Solutions at such a pivotal time in the company’s growth. Stone's Extensive Law Enforcement Experience
Thomas Stone III brings nearly 30 years of law enforcement experience to his new role as Chief Security Officer
Thomas Stone III brings nearly 30 years of law enforcement experience to his new role as Chief Security Officer. His career includes 27 years at the Los Angeles Police Department, where he concluded as Sergeant II in the Metropolitan Division Armory.
Stone also has an extensive military background, having served in the U.S. Army for almost 25 years, with eight years in active duty, participating in Operation Desert Storm, and leading deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. As the new CSO, he will oversee the Security Operations Command Center, which is crucial to Elite's remote video monitoring services, and guide the company's Law Enforcement Executive Board to strengthen collaborations with police agencies.
Yaniv's Technological Acumen
Eran Yaniv, the newly appointed Vice President of Engineering, holds a degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University in Israel. His career in technology includes leadership roles at notable companies such as PayPal and eBay, where he advanced product teams for AI and search platforms. He also has held positions at HP, Mercury Interactive, and various startups.
Based in Idaho with his family, Yaniv is motivated by his new position and commented, "Having worked in both onsite and personal security and spending more than a quarter-century in technology, I am excited to join Elite Interactive Solutions’ mission to help customers feel safer, make better use of their security resources, and significantly reduce the costs of on-site guard services."
