F&E Aerospace, the organiser of the Dubai Airshow, Gulf Aviation Training Event (GATE), the MEBAA Show, Aircraft Interiors Middle East (AIME), Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Middle East (MRO ME), and the MEBAA Show Morocco, announces the dates, venue and co-location of 2017’s Airport Solutions Indonesia two-day exhibition and conference.

Airport Solution Indonesia 2017

Airport Solution Indonesia 2017, previously one quarter of Indonesia Infrastructure week (IIW) a large-scale exhibition held annually in Jakarta, will be held at the Jakarta Convention Center, 6-7th December alongside Cyber Security Indonesia.

Timothy Hawes, portfolio director stated, “Airport Solutions has been a vital part of the ever growing IIW, however, with mounting demand and investment into airports and infrastructure, it is timely to host Airport Solutions Indonesia away from IIW. Airport Solutions Indonesia will run alongside Cyber Security Indonesia to be specifically more focused on the airport sector.”

Asia is one of the strongest regions expecting airport growth between now and 2025, with Indonesia showing projected investments of up to US$25bn over the next decade. Air traffic growth is set to increase at 4.8% per annum fueled by a developing economy and the expanding middle class, and therefore shows clear demand for almost double the current level of investment in this sector.

Connecting suppliers with industrial stakeholders

Now in its fifth year, Airport Solutions Indonesia will provide a much-needed platform to bring together the entire buying chain of the airport solutions industry. The event will connect suppliers with key industry stakeholders and decision makers while assessing key issues and solutions in the innovative two-day conference program.

The high level two-day conferences will focus on regional and global trends and cover topics including safety, security, passenger experience and regional infrastructure. The events will cater for visitors including government, civil aviation authorities, regulators, airport operators and owners.

"Airport Solutions Indonesia will run alongside Cyber Security Indonesia to be specifically more focused on the airport sector"

Covering the full spectrum of the airport solutions industry, exhibitors will include security software and solution providers, airport infrastructure suppliers, manufacturing suppliers, air traffic management specialists and capacity and skill development providers.

Event supporters

Leading airport solutions providers, including Pelco by Schneider Electric and Marko Tack Pte Ltd have endorsed the event by confirming their participation.

Airport Solutions Indonesia 2017 will be co-located with Cyber Security. The two-day exhibition and high level conference will bring cyber security solutions providers together with key government and private sector decision makers, buyers, and influencers in order to meet and do business and to advance resilience against cyber-attack. The subject of the event has been addressed within Indonesia Infrastructure Week since 2014, and now as the threat towards organizations of cyber-attack in Indonesia continue to increase, Cyber Security Indonesia will provide a dedicated, more focused platform for addressing the underlying issues of maintaining the integrity of information security.
