Also, as a fierce advocate of interoperability and standards, Matrox has been early to support the Secure Reliable Transport (SRT) protocol as an open-source video transport protocol designed to help with low-latency streaming across unpredictable networks. SRT Alliance partners have joined forces to show multi-vendor camera, encoder, media server, decoder, video wall, and social cast products, all working together using the SRT protocol.

The Networked AV, Remote Monitoring, and Security presentation will provide an introduction on some of the fundamental considerations when evaluating networked AV.
The session will enable attendees to develop a deeper understanding of the most common streaming protocols, identify key performance metrics and monitoring protocols for IT network management, and recognize and safeguard against security vulnerabilities created by networked AV equipment.
