Hanwha Vision, the vision solution provider, launches the AI remote-head camera, featuring a single-body design with support for up to four channels, ideal for a multitude of applications and sites.

This advanced multi-sensor solution delivers intelligence and comprehensive monitoring in a compact and discreet form.

Covert monitoring and collection

An intelligent design developed for a range of uses where a discreet presence is needed, or for the monitoring of more confined spaces, for example, ATMs, entrances, and retail counters.

The 4-channel remote-head camera, model PNM-C20000QB, can be installed together with a range of Hanwha Vision accessories that includes 2MP and 5MP lens modules.

Integration of shock detection

The solution provides four audio inputs and one output channel for synchronized audio-video monitoring

AI object and attribute detection, alongside color detection (upper/lower clothing and vehicle), are supported on all four channels. The solution also provides four audio inputs and one output channel for synchronized audio-video monitoring.

An HDMI port enables seamless local monitoring of the video signal from all four channels without the need for additional computing power.

The integration of shock detection via built-in gyro sensors further strengthens operators’ situational awareness by alerting them to impacts or tampering.

Powerful suite of AI analytics

AI-powered analytics enable real-time detection of people, faces, vehicles, and license plates. AI algorithms can discern these objects from surrounding irrelevant motion, meaning motion detection alarms are only triggered when specific objects are moving in a scene.

Event-based alerts can also be triggered for virtual-line crossing, area intrusion, loitering, and directional movement, in a boost to safety and security.

Remote-head camera features

These images, cropped directly around the detected objects by AI, accelerate forensic searches

The remote-head camera features BestShot, a powerful function that captures and transmits the most relevant images of classified objects.

These images, cropped directly around the detected objects by AI, accelerate forensic searches. Color detection of clothing and vehicles also bolsters forensic search, improving investigation efficiency.

Furthermore, business intelligence insights, such as people and vehicle counting, add value beyond security to streamline operations, inform marketing and sales, and aid with store or site layout design.

Next-level cybersecurity, easy install

The solution includes Hanwha Vision’s next-level cybersecurity with features such as user authentication and secure communication, access control, and audit. An embedded secure element meets FIPS 140-3 Level 3 and CC EAL6+ standards, ensuring top-tier data protection and system integrity.

Additionally, a detachable installation plate simplifies mounting and adjustments, making installation, repositioning, or replacement quick and hassle-free.
