In the coming decade, Qatar is to witness large scale developments in all fields, especially in construction and infrastructure projects, in the run-up to the World Cup 2022. The General Administration of Civil Defence, represented by the Ministry of Interior, will be in need of the latest technology in safety, which adheres to international specifications and standards, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of mega-projects. The development of a robust safety system and civil defense for the government and the private sectors in the country is of utmost importance for the administration.

In this context the Civil Defence Exhibition and Conference Organizing Committee are pleased to invite visitors and the firm to participate and present their future projects and technological advancements in the event held on 02 – 04 November 2015 at Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC).

To Attract A Large Number Of Companies And Experts

The exhibition is expected to attract a large number of companies and experts working in the field of safety and will offer company a chance to meet and network with a number of people working in the same field from around the world. In the previous exhibitions many large contracts were awarded to the participating companies, which offered specialized technology to serve the government and private sectors.

During the previous Civil Defence Exhibition, it has been recorded an approximately 100 exhibitors companies representing 1, 000 agencies from around the world which has participated. While 3, 000 visitors attended and at the same time it has been reported that The General Directorate of Civil Defence signed two contracts worth QAR 98, 000, 000 million in the first day of exhibition in Doha by two of the exhibiting companies.
