Bank security: one Mobotix for multiple cash desks
A Mobotix camera achieves several times higher image detail than a CCTV camera
Mobotix AG, manufacturer of high-resolution, complete IP video systems, presents cost-efficient camera solution for banks at the Security Essen Exhibition, Germany, in Hall 1.0, Stand 408. The high image resolution means that fewer cameras are needed, and the internal Flash recording eliminates the need for additional recording devices. Thanks to its 3.1 megapixel image sensors, a Mobotix camera achieves several times higher image detail than a CCTV camera, allowing it to monitor multiple cash desks simultaneously in accordance with the UVV standard (German accident prevention regulations for banks).

An optional 16-GB SD Flash card in the camera enables four alarm buffers of 30 minutes and 30,000 suspicion images to be stored without the need for an additional recording device or PC and without increasing the network load. The D22-Secure dome camera can monitor two adjacent cash desks for 748 euros, including lens.

The camera comes with UVVcertified MxCC research software at no extra cost. It is not necessary to use a local PC since it can also access the alarm buffer of a bank branch via the network from the MxCC control centre using encrypted remote access.
