Product description

exacqVision S-Series Networked Video Storage

The exacqVision S-Series expands video surveillance storage for exacqVision recorders, allowing security teams to retain footage for longer or accommodate additional cameras. Pre-installed exacqVision software simplifies deployment, while integrated archiving, search and playback keep recorded video accessible within a unified storage solution.

  • 1 RU configuration: Up to 64TB across four hard drives, RAID 5 protection and archiving from up to 32 video recorders at a maximum data rate of 700Mbps.
  • 2 RU configuration: Up to 288TB across 12 hard drives, RAID 6 protection and archiving from up to 64 video recorders at a maximum data rate of 1200Mbps.
  • Network connectivity: Both formats provide two 1Gbps and two 10Gbps network interfaces for transferring archived footage.

Xeon processors, 16GB RAM and Ubuntu Linux 24.04 underpin both models. System health monitoring provides alarms for hard drive or power supply failures, while hot-swappable redundant power supplies help maintain availability.

Ideal use cases

The S-Series suits exacqVision installations requiring longer video retention or expanded camera storage. Its rack-mounted formats give security professionals a choice of capacity and archiving throughput to match recorder numbers and storage requirements.
