A Class Of Its Own: Eneo DCR-32N/250DVD

The eneo DCR-32N/250DVD is a new duplex digital recorder from the top class.  It works based on the Windows operating system, which guarantees compatibility to numerous applications.

Furthermore, the DCR-32N/250DVD can be very easily installed into existing networks thanks to the Windows OS.  A program (Watchdog) designed especially for the recorder monitors all hardware and software functions and launches automatically within a few seconds should a system error ever occur, which guarantees that video surveillance is uninterrupted.

32 video loop-through inputs also make the DCR-32N/250DVD the ideal choice for very large video surveillance systems.  It offers recording rates up to 200 fields per second.

Standard equipment on the DCR-32N/250DVD includes a 250Gbyte EIDE hard disk drive; but the storage capacity can be upgraded to a total of six hard drives and therefore to at least a current capacity of 1500Gbyte.  This, plus the efficient MPEG-4 compression method, support recordings over very long time periods.  The integral CD/DVD writer also makes export of very large amounts of data simple.

Furthermore, the recorder features a programmable motion detector and supports PTZ and zoom controls.  Camera images can be displayed as full frame, quad, 3+4, 3x3, 2+8 and 4x4.

Of course, the DCR-32N/250DVD also has audio and alarm inputs and outputs, VGA, S-VHS/FBAS outputs, a RS-232 port and even ten spot monitor outputs.  A total of six USB 2.0 ports give options for mouse, printer or external storage media connection.  Remote Software is included in the shipping package.
