Panasonic WJ-NV300 stand-alone recorder provides full feature IP video surveillance

Panasonic used the 2014 IFSEC Exhibition to launch its new scalable Network Disk Recorder, which offers up to 32 recording channels.

The WJ-NV300 is a stand-alone recorder which provides full feature IP video surveillance, including viewing, recording, alarming, searching, networking and management.

Gerard Figols, Marketing Manager at Panasonic, said, “As a non-PC recording solution, the NV300 offers high reliability and easy operation for even non-expert users.”

“Ideal for banking, retail and education, the 64TB memory is large enough to keep Full HD videos from 32 cameras for over 50 days, with RAID 5 initiated.”

The recorder also features a quick search function, face matching, email alarm notification, sound recording and the ability to copy surveillance footage locally on to a USB or SD card.
