ASSA ABLOY showcased its new Aperio PINpad escutcheon at IFSEC 2013

ASSA ABLOY Access Control presented its innovative wireless locking solutions for secure access control, under the ASSA ABLOY theme “Access your world” at IFSEC 2013. Jointly presenting their solutions for the third consecutive year, this presence incorporated the combined power of award-winning technology from HID Global, ASSA ABLOY, and ASSA ABLOY group companies Yale, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy,Traka and effeff.

Key highlights on stand C40 – C50 included the new Aperio L100 that offers the world’s first wireless lock range for security doors, with capability to transmit comprehensive information on door status to an access control system.

ASSA ABLOY Access Control also showcased the new Aperio PINpad escutcheon that presents an extra level of access control for doors requiring multiple authentication, providing users with the opportunity to enter a PIN of four to eight characters, or utilize a high security card reader, or a combination of both.

Unveiled at IFSEC 2013 were equally exciting opportunities with Aperio SE supporting revolutionary Seos mobile access ecosystem from ASSA ABLOY and latest escape door solutions from effeff connected to an access control system via the ASSA ABLOY Device Protocol interface.
