HID Technical Services
HID Technical Services is responsible for managing the relationship with its HID Advantage Partners and customers throughout the technical engagement lifecycle to ensure that Genuine HID products and solutions are sold, delivered and supported according to best practice.
From initial contact through to post-sales support, its aim is to utilize common tools, processes, roles and responsibilities to deliver a service that exceeds expectations and ensures a seamless, scalable and successful experience.
The Technical Services organization has 4 major functions: Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Genuine HID Academy (Training) and Technical Support, all of which exist to bring value to both HID partners and end customers by extending HID's overall solution capabilities.
HID Technical Services are sold and delivered through the HID Advantage Partner Program together with other HID products and partner offerings. Working closely with partners, its aim is to create and deliver complete solutions for its end customers.
