Gallagher Security has officially opened a new office in Southport on the Gold Coast, marking a significant step in its expansion efforts across Australia and the wider APAC and IMEA regions.
This new office is the company’s second in Australia, complementing the Gallagher Customer Service Center established in Epping, Victoria in 2016.

The Gold Coast office was inaugurated on Tuesday, November 4, during a ribbon-cutting event. The ceremony was attended by members of the Queensland-based team, as well as leadership from the APAC and IMEA regions, and Gallagher Security's Executive Leadership Team.
Craig Schutte, Executive Vice President for APAC and IMEA, officiated the event by cutting the company’s signature orange ribbon, symbolizing a fresh chapter for the organization.
Enhanced Training Facilities for Partners
Craig Schutte highlighted the expansion as evidence of a growing demand in Australia and more broadly.
“The opening of our Gold Coast office is a reflection of the strong momentum we’re seeing in Australia and across the region,” he stated.
A notable feature of the new office is a purpose-built training room offering hands-on, classroom-based learning opportunities for channel partners, end users, and consultants.

Complementary to Existing Facilities
The Gold Coast expansion complements the existing Customer Service Center in Epping, which includes warehousing, distribution, and a Technology Hub. This hub provides customers with the opportunity to experience Gallagher’s security solutions firsthand.
