Proactive Video Monitoring Expertise

With nearly three decades of experience in sales, business development, and operations within the security sector, Kris Slimmer brings a wealth of expertise to Netwatch. His notable career includes a 13-year tenure at Allied Universal, where he climbed through six leadership positions within sales and operations, managing a region valued at $400 million.

Before joining Netwatch, Slimmer was Division Vice President at Admiral Security Services, overseeing a $100 million business in the National Capital Region. Additionally, as Regional Vice President at Empire Today, he led a business region worth $150 million, supported by a team of over 500 sales consultants.

Market-Driven Security Model

Slimmer’s appointment comes at a time when Netwatch is experiencing significant growth

"Netwatch is entering a phase where the market is moving toward us. Customers want security that prevents incidents rather than simply records them, and our combination of AI detection and live operator intervention delivers exactly that," stated Justin Nagy, CEO of Netwatch.

"Kris has run a $400-million P&L and built sales organizations that scale through both channel partners and direct enterprise relationships. What sets him apart is his focus on developing people and his discipline as an operator. He is the right leader to take our commercial organization into its next stage."

Enhancing Customer and Partner Relations

Slimmer’s appointment comes at a time when Netwatch is experiencing significant growth. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening relationships with current customers and partners while exploring new business opportunities in primary markets.

"Netwatch has built something the rest of the industry is still trying to catch up to: a proven model where AI and skilled operators work together to stop incidents in real time, at scale," said Slimmer. "The channel relationships, the enterprise footprint, and the technology are already in place. My job is to help more organizations experience what proactive security means. I am looking forward to getting to work with the team, our partners, and our customers, to achieve this goal."
