Motorola Solutions has completed the acquisition of Blue Eye, a Salt Lake City-based company known for its expertise in AI-driven enterprise remote video monitoring (RVM) services.
Blue Eye's technology enhances real-time threat detection and enables live voice interactions to prevent crime, offering verified alerts that improve the responsiveness of law enforcement agencies.

The software platform by Blue Eye integrates seamlessly with leading cameras and video management systems (VMS), ensuring compatibility with existing security infrastructures.
Their RVM services are supported by 24/7 security operations centers (SOCs), which provide businesses with better situational awareness and access to trend analysis through detailed reporting analytics.

For instance, AI-powered detections from Motorola Solutions’ Visual Alerts can be verified by Blue Eye and directly relayed into the incident management system, Inform, to orchestrate a timely response. Additionally, Motorola Solutions plans to leverage its channel partner network to expand Blue Eye's presence across critical enterprise segments.
