Interface Systems has once again achieved the designation of a Great Place to Work® Certified™ workplace for the third consecutive year.
This recognition is based on employee feedback collected through the independent Great Place to Work Trust Index® survey.
Consistent Strengths Highlighted in Survey
The 2026 survey revealed that 82% of Interface employees consider the company a great place to work, which significantly surpasses the 57% average for typical U.S. companies. Results showed consistent organizational strengths, with 93% of employees saying they felt welcomed upon joining, 88% reporting they can take time off when necessary, and 88% agreeing that there is a strong sense of camaraderie within the organization.
Additionally, 86% of employees believe they are given substantial responsibility, and the same percentage express high trust in leadership regarding credibility, respect, and fairness.
Trust and Accountability in the Workplace
The survey results demonstrate a work environment characterized by high levels of trust and accountability. Employees are empowered to make decisions, which is crucial in their managed services role supporting national retail, restaurant, and commercial enterprises.
This empowerment directly influences service reliability, response times, and customer experience.
Commitment to a Responsible and Respectful Culture
"At Interface, culture drives performance," stated Clay Campbell, SVP of People and Legal at Interface Systems. "When employees trust leadership and feel accountable for outcomes, they deliver better service. These results validate the intentional work we've done to build an environment grounded in transparency, responsibility, and respect."
Ongoing Innovations and Expansions
This accolade comes as Interface continues to innovate and broaden its solutions, particularly in proactive perimeter protection, remote video monitoring, and AI-powered security offerings. As customer environments become increasingly complex, the company emphasizes collaboration and operational discipline to maintain consistent execution across numerous locations.
Interface remains committed to investing in leadership development, career mobility programs, and employee engagement initiatives to sustain and enhance its high-trust workplace culture.
