dormakaba has signed an agreement to sell dormakaba Kuwait for Ready Made Windows LLC (“dormakaba Kuwait”) to the local management team.
The transaction has closed on 19 February 2025. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
dormakaba’s strategy
The company remains committed to the market and its customers. Effective after closing, the local management team took ownership of the service business activities in Kuwait and will act as the premier service partner in the country.
Under the new ownership, the business will operate as Dormatic Kuwait. The transaction is in line with dormakaba’s strategy to focus on its core markets and reduce complexity.
