IDIS and Maxxess team demonstrated how to efficiently manage events through the eFusion platform utilising DirectIP’s high performance video surveillance capability
The Maxxess and IDIS solution improves productivity, fills security gaps, and enforces compliance with standard operating procedures

IDIS and Maxxess showcased powerful video and access control functionality on the IDIS stand at this year’s IFSEC International, in London’s Excel. Offering customers a compelling off-the-shelf security solution, the two companies have joined forces to seamlessly integrate DirectIP™ surveillance into the Maxxess eFusion™ security management platform.

The combination of DirectIP high performance surveillance and the limitless features of eFusion, presented visitors to IFSEC with a convincing proposition for enterprise and corporate security. The off-the-shelf functionality meets the increasing demand for a cost-effective and scalable approach to streamlining and enhancing multi-site and international security operations.

The IDIS and Maxxess team demonstrated how to efficiently manage events through the eFusion platform utilising DirectIP’s high performance video surveillance capability. When an incident occurs, operators visually verify a threat, while policies and procedures provide the information necessary for security teams to initiate a fast and appropriate response. Reducing operator interaction and automating reporting with video evidence, the Maxxess and IDIS solution improves productivity, fills security gaps, and enforces compliance with standard operating procedures, while acting as a force multiplier for multi-site operations.

Brian Song, Managing Director, IDIS Europe, noted, “The eFusion integration extends our philosophy of offering one-stop-shop solutions that eliminate complexity and cost, without compromising functionality and performance.”

Lee Copland, Managing Director, EMEA at Maxxess, added, “We’re offering off-the-shelf integration, while simultaneously future proofing security investments. Through our open software framework, Maxxess eFusion provides more off-the-shelf integration with third party systems than any other security platform, providing customers with infinite scalability to meet ever changing business and security needs.”
