It is with great pleasure that ASIS International is now offering remotely proctored certification exams! This means that those who do not have a Prometric test center nearby can now take the ASIS certification exams in their home or office! This option will now allow the members throughout the world to take the exams anytime, anywhere!
ASIS started investigating remote proctoring at the start of the worldwide pandemic and Prometric test centers started shutting down. Before they could offer this solution, however, ASIS had to get approval from ANSI based on the accreditation under the ANSI/ISO 17024 Standard. ANSI awarded ASIS the permission to move forward in July 2020.
Solid internet connection
Now those approved to take the CPP, PCI, PSP, or APP exams can do so anywhere there is a solid internet connection. And while taking the exams remotely has different check-in procedures, the exams themselves will not change no matter where they choose to take the exam.
The ASIS certification programs continue to be the gold standard for anyone working in security management.
