Absolute Security has launched Lenovo ThinkShield TraceLock, an innovation grounded in the Absolute Security Cyber Resilience Platform. This new tool empowers customers to efficiently manage devices through a persistent, firmware-embedded connection. Even when powered off or disconnected from WiFi and local networks, this connection facilitates the location, activation, and control of devices.
By enabling the tracking and control of offline, missing, or stolen PCs, IT and security teams are better equipped to safeguard networks, platforms, and data against an array of threats including theft, cyberattack vulnerabilities, and software malfunctions.
Enhancing Security with Device Restoration
