Central to both gate operators are the SmartTouch™ 725 Controller and SmartBLDC Power Module, which provide precise torque control and efficient power management. These units feature a 24-volt brushless DC motor with direct-drive operation for quieter functionality and minimal maintenance.
They include an integrated battery-backup system capable of up to 100 gate cycles in power outages and a 200-watt MPPT charger to maximize solar efficiency.
Advanced Connectivity and Integration
The 535 Series introduces Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) wireless connectivity that pairs with the HySecurity Installer App, enabling technicians to configure over 70 settings and conduct diagnostics directly from smartphones.
The setup process is facilitated by an intuitive two-line OLED display, integrated seven-day timer, toolless wire terminals, and compatibility with BlueBus® accessories and MegaCode® receiver systems for seamless pairing with remotes and in-vehicle transmitters.
