Allient Inc., a recognized global developer and producer of specialized Motion, Controls, Power, and lightweighting composite products, is set to unveil its latest motion technology advancements at XPONENTIAL and the NDIA Michigan Defense Expo (MDEX).
These prominent trade shows will occur from May 12 to 14, 2026, at Huntington Place in Detroit, Michigan. Attendees can explore Allient's offerings at Booth #25043 during XPONENTIAL and Booths #10017 & #10018 at MDEX. Meetings at the events can also be pre-scheduled for interested parties.
Innovative Solutions for Power-Dense Applications
At XPONENTIAL, Allient will showcase an array of its most recent technologies. Highlights include the Drone Propulsion Motor, engineered for high-efficiency performance on UAV platforms, and the Drone ESC (Electronic Speed Controller), crafted to integrate precisely with Allient's propulsion systems for optimized control.
Additional innovations include the ThinGap Motors, which offer ultra-lightweight, high torque, and zero cogging properties, suitable for aerospace and robotics, and the KinetiMax™ brushless motor platform, tailored for compact, power-dense environments. The MegaFlux™ Frameless Torque Motors will also be displayed, providing frameless high torque motor technology for advanced robotics, gimbals, and UAV systems.

During MDEX, Allient will put a spotlight on its advanced drive and actuation technologies. Featured products include the Allient Drive Motor System (ADMS), a customizable, high-efficiency system for electric and hybrid RCVs that offers scalable architecture and multiple gearing options for various vehicle platforms. The POW R STEER™ actuator will be presented, designed for electronic power-assisted steering in rugged vehicle applications. Moreover, the EHS Series encompasses an integrated electrohydraulic steering motor solution combined with a dedicated control electronics package.
Allient will also introduce its Drone Nest System, an automated solution for drone docking, charging, and deployment, which supports continuous aerial operations. Other significant innovations include a high-performance Drone Motor for UAV propulsion, HeiMotion® Dynamic (HMD) Servo Motors with Gearing for dynamic motion control, and the Pin Lock Actuator for secure mechanical locking in defense and mobility systems. The specialized Humvee Hood component will also be on display, revealing Allient’s capabilities in delivering ruggedized vehicle assemblies. The EnduraMax brushless gear motor with integrated CANopen electronics features a sensorless speed control variant, ideal for compact powered wheel configurations.
