ZeroEyes, known for its pioneering AI-based gun detection video analytics platform, has announced the limited availability of its latest solution, ZeroLink.
This new offering enables ZeroEyes' AI gun detection and situational awareness capabilities to function off-network, allowing deployment in a wide array of settings.
Enhanced Security Features
The ZeroEyes software integrates seamlessly with both new and existing digital security cameras. When a firearm is detected, images are rapidly transferred to the ZeroEyes Operations Center (ZOC), distinguished as the only U.S.-based, fully in-house center of its kind.
The facility operates 24/7 and is staffed by skilled U.S. military and law enforcement veterans. If a threat is confirmed, alerts containing crucial details such as the suspect's description, weapon type, and last known location are sent to law enforcement and security teams in approximately 3 to 5 seconds.
Adaptive Deployment with ZeroLink
ZeroLink is particularly useful for locations like parking lots, remote perimeters, and event venues
ZeroLink, developed in collaboration with Lanner's advanced Edge AI Inference Computers, offers a flexible solution to deploy AI-based gun detection software in areas where traditional network infrastructures pose challenges.
Applicable in various settings such as light poles, vehicles, buildings, and mobile trailers, ZeroLink is particularly useful for locations like parking lots, remote perimeters, and event venues that lack permanent infrastructure. This technology processes and stores data onsite, which decreases latency and uses bandwidth efficiently, supporting swift real-time decision-making.
Breaking Infrastructure Barriers
Mike Lahiff, CEO and co-founder of ZeroEyes, commented, "ZeroLink represents an important step forward in how organizations can extend security to locations that were previously difficult or cost-prohibitive to monitor. By removing the traditional barriers of infrastructure and connectivity, ZeroEyes is making it easier for businesses to deploy reliable, AI-based gun detection and situational awareness virtually anywhere."
