VITEC has teamed up with the Jordan Design & Development Bureau (JODDB) to integrate advanced low latency video streaming technology for enhanced Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations.
This partnership has resulted in an effective solution for secure, real-time ISR capabilities across remote and challenging border areas.
Integration of Advanced Surveillance Technologies
The solution involves a vehicle-mounted mobile system that combines VITEC's technology with the Dragon Eye electro-optical (EO) system and the Al Oqab mobile surveillance platform. These systems are further supported by the reliable SATCOM connectivity provided by Es’hailsat, facilitated through integration and commissioning by Haupshy.

Advanced Imaging and Surveillance Capabilities
The Dragon Eye EO system from JODDB provides comprehensive day and night imaging, including infrared capabilities, precise target tracking, and swift coordinate generation. The Al Oqab platform, which has been designed to operate in high-altitude border areas, incorporates the Dragon Eye system on an electro-mechanical mast, offering an advantage over traditional fixed tower systems.
This combined setup enables robust ISR connectivity from field locations to command centers, allowing defense and security personnel to maintain situational awareness, oversee border activity, and enhance decision-making processes.
