Unison Risk Advisors has partnered with ZeroEyes to provide enhanced access to AI-powered firearm detection technology, aiming to bolster public safety and risk mitigation efforts across all associated entities. This collaboration integrates ZeroEyes' multi-analytics weapons detection and threat intelligence platform with existing digital security systems, allowing for proactive preparedness against firearm threats.
ZeroEyes' innovative technology uses artificial intelligence to identify visible firearms through existing security cameras. Once a weapon is detected, images are securely transmitted to the ZeroEyes Operations Center. This center, based entirely in the U.S., operates around the clock with a team of former military and law enforcement professionals. The system’s human-verified approach ensures timely alerts to security and response teams, enhancing the safety strategies of organizations and communities.
Collaborative Efforts in Risk Management
Unison Risk Solutions, a sector of Unison Risk Advisors specializing in risk and claim management, strengthens workplace violence preparedness through active assailant workshops, drills, and other practical solutions. The combined expertise of Unison's risk consulting and ZeroEyes' technological proficiency encourages a more informed and proactive stance in security management.
John Ahern, Client Executive at RCM&D, emphasized the significance of the technology, stating, "Organizations across all industries are facing heightened safety, security, and liability concerns. After meeting the ZeroEyes team last year, it was clear this technology would be extremely valuable to clients across Unison. I’m excited about the impact it will have in protecting our clients against active assailant threats."

Mike Lahiff, CEO and Co-founder of ZeroEyes, remarked, "Today, risk mitigation extends beyond cybersecurity and physical infrastructure to include the ability to identify and respond to potential acts of violence as quickly as possible. Working with Unison allows us to expand access to advanced firearm detection technology while helping organizations take a more proactive approach to safety and operational resilience."
