- Expanded Alert Tags: Increased number of alert tag options to 39, allowing for more precise categorisation of threats and non-threats, enhancing weapons detection reporting.
- Sensitivity Tuning Steps: Allows venues to select a specific threat performance profile tailored to their operational needs, providing flexibility and additional control with adjustable percentage increments between select sensitivity settings.
- Real Time Service Monitoring: Helps identify Evolv Express scanner issues as they happen. When a system error is found, the system sends the information to Evolv’s support platform. If needed, a support case is created through that system, no extra steps required from the customer.
