  • New regional structure strengthens Everon's commitment to top-tier safety solutions.

Everon, recognized as the third-largest security provider in the U.S. by SDM Magazine, has unveiled a strategic reorganization of its regional structure.

The security integrator, known for delivering commercial security, video, fire, and life safety solutions, has expanded to include a new regional framework.

This development sees the establishment of four distinct regions—Central/Gulf, East, North/West, and Pacific—to promote focused leadership and enhanced collaboration. This restructuring aims to improve service and installation delivery, thereby strengthening Everon’s role as a provider and integrator for its customers.

Enhanced Regional Structure

Mike McWilliams, President and Chief Operating Officer at Everon, emphasized that the new regional approach is designed to bring leaders and teams closer to customers, enabling quicker decision-making and maintaining the high-quality service associated with the company.

McWilliams added, “We’re also proud to welcome proven leaders to advance our mission for service excellence at the highest level. Each of these leaders brings decades of experience and a track record of success that will help us strengthen partnerships both in and outside of our organization, drive accountability across our entire customer base, and accelerate growth.”

List of Regional Leaders

To lead the regions, Everon has appointed seasoned industry veterans to nationwide roles aimed at driving critical success:

  • Kwame Williams, Sr. Vice President of the Central/Gulf Region, boasts nearly 25 years of industry experience. His successful leadership history includes positions at Red Hawk Fire & Security, ADT Commercial, and Everon. Previously, he served as Sr. Vice President for Everon’s Central region before the expansion.
  • Tondria Lopeztello, Sr. Vice President of the Pacific Region, offers 32 years of experience in sales and operations, with particular strength in National Accounts. Lopeztello has led Everon’s Los Angeles district as Vice President/General Manager for the past seven years, repeatedly earning recognition for service quality.
  • Jim Hampton, Sr. Vice President of the East Region, contributes over 27 years of expertise and has a strong leadership record. His past role as Vice President/General Manager of Everon’s Alabama, Georgia, and Carolinas offices was marked by consistently high service rankings. Notably, Hampton is a U.S. Air Force veteran with 30 years of service.
  • Brian Willis, Sr. Vice President of the North/West Region, has over 25 years in sales and operations leadership. His career includes significant roles at Red Hawk Fire & Security, ADT Commercial, and Everon, and he has been instrumental in building high-performing teams, most recently as Vice President/General Manager for Northern California.

According to McWilliams, “This move reinforces Everon’s unwavering commitment to being the most trusted partner in security and life safety solutions. By investing in customer-facing teams, processes, and resources we are poised to deliver faster, more intuitive, and more personalized service – helping customers protect what matters most while setting the standard for excellence in the industry.”
