Radar Vision Application
CBC launched exciting website for Radar Vision System
CBC (Europe), manufacturer of the comprehensive Ganz range of surveillance options, as well as supplier of complementary high performance Computar lenses, has launched a dedicated website for its exciting RadarVision system offers a wealth of information and interactive features about the early warning intruder surveillance system's advantages, which allow site owners and operators to detect and track people and vehicles as they enter a protected area using 360°/second camera tracking. An audible and visual alarm can then be raised to alert security staff, avoiding the need to monitor screens constantly.

The new website includes operational descriptions of Radar Vision's applications in a wide range of situations, such as ports, harbours and jetties, refineries, depots and pipelines, power stations and reservoirs, as well as commercial operations with large area perimeters - where the system is an ideal choice for providing detection at ranges up to 800m radius. Interactive website graphics demonstrate Radar Vision's practical value in e.g. detecting and tracking multiple intruders, monitoring pre-alarm zones outside the site perimeter, and helpfully spotting vehicles before they enter the grounds to give adequate time to react accordingly.

Ganzradarvision.com site visitors can also play a video demonstrating the system in action, notes CBC's Sales & Marketing Manager John Downie. "We believe our latest online initiative will help a cross-section of installers, specifiers, end users and consultants to see the valuable potential benefits of Radar Vision. A link to our other new website, ganzthermalvision.com, also shows how coupling our radar units with the C-AllView dual optical/thermal camera provides a system that can track intruders whatever the weather or lighting conditions."
