Navtech is working in partnership with Traffic Tech Gulf, Qatar's leading provider of ITS, to address the Qatar ITS Expressway market
ClearWay provides vehicle and pedestrian incident detection using patented radar technology

Navtech Radar, the world's leading manufacturer of Radar based Automatic Incident Detection (AID) solutions for traffic management applications, will be exhibiting their unique ClearWay Automatic Incident Detection (AID) system at Gulf Traffic, in Dubai UAE, 8-10 December 2014.

ClearWay provides vehicle and pedestrian incident detection using patented radar technology on roads, tunnels and bridges. The system is now in use in the UK, Sweden, Norway, Italy and Australia, with respective Authorities and partners having been attracted by the reliable day-night all-weather, 360 degree, long range detection capability, and low total lifecycle cost. ClearWay is also on active trials in Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Canada, US, Slovenia, Turkey, Argentina, and South Korea.

Working in conjunction with PTZ camera technology for surface road applications, ClearWay significantly improves detection capability in hazardous conditions (such as heavy fog or dust/sand storms) and reduces total installation and maintenance costs, providing a significant enhancement over traditional vision technologies.

Navtech is proud to be working in partnership with Traffic Tech Gulf, Qatar's leading provider of ITS, to address the Qatar ITS Expressway market, and is now seeking additional partners in the Gulf to compliment expansion in the region. At the exhibition, Navtech will actively be seeking partners in Saudi Arabia; Oman; Bahrain and Kuwait.
