Axis Communications has announced AXIS P3719-PLE, a new multidirectional, four channel camera with Quad HD resolution per channel and a frame rate of 30 fps.

The easy-to-install outdoor camera can be recessed or corner-mounted and includes an integrated weathershield with IP66/IP67 rating.

Outdoor security

AXIS P3719-PLE has been designed to capture images with exceptional clarity and sharpness irrespective of lighting conditions, due to WDR and 360° IR illumination. The incorporation of four varifocal camera heads allows the camera to easily monitor four different areas in various directions. It provides excellent 360° overviews or a combination of overviews and detailed close-ups.

Key features

  • 15 MP, 360° multidirectional camera
  • 360° IR illumination and remote zoom and focus
  • Flexible positioning of four varifocal camera heads
  • Axis Zipstream for reduced bandwidth and storage needs

Cost-effective cameras

The product remains cost-effective as it provides the benefits of four cameras for the price of one.

This means there’s one camera to install, one cable to draw, one IP address, one video management software (VMS) license, and just one license for any analytics the user wants to install.
