Minuteman Security & Life Safety, recognized as the 2025 SDM Systems Integrator of the Year, is set to undergo a leadership change designed to support its future expansion.
Commencing January 1, 2026, Joseph Lynch, the company's founder and current CEO, will transition to the role of Chairman of the Board. Ron Oetjen, presently serving as the President, will be elevated to Chief Executive Officer.

Since its inception in 1988, Minuteman has evolved from a New England-based alarm installation service to a national systems integrator, generating over $200 million in annual revenue with locations stretching from Maine to Florida.

Throughout his leadership, Joseph Lynch has overseen the completion of seven acquisitions since 2023, centralized operations throughout the nation, and fostered a company culture rooted in employee growth, client trust, and the promotion of community safety.
