The PSRW38-232/1 reader is an RF-based device designed to monitor and protect valuable property against unauthorized movement or removal, and to track the movement of personnel. With its flexible design and 38-bit wiegand format, this version of the reader is specifically designed to integrate with JANUS access control. It can track Portable Asset Tags, Stationary Asset Tags and monitor Personnel Tags within their programmable detection zones or portals. When a movement or detection occurs, the Par-Sec reader reports the tags unique ID number to a connected access control or asset system.
