TDSi EXvisitors - Visitor Management Module

Given increasingly sophisticated access control systems to manage the movement of staff, it is surprising to find many companies relying on visitor books and badges to monitor the movement of visitors.

TDSi's eXvisitors software provides a far more effective and secure approach.  An optional module for use with its eXguard PRO software, eXvisitors provides a range of features:

• Intuitive screen layout
  • registration screen for visitor name; company; registration number and additional, user-defined fields
  • check in screen to assign hosts, select access group; select auto check out time if required; enter reason for visit 
  • check out screen to check out the visitor and ensure their key is expired
• Auto check out 
  • visitor may be checked out and their card automatically expired when they enter a specific area, preventing them leaving and passing their card to another person 
  • at a predetermined time, the visitor may be checked out and their card expired
• Visitor tracking
  • at a  glance view of where visitors and hosts are 
• Information and reports
  • the visitor history function allows reports to be viewed, printed or exported including historic visits; current visitors on site; visitor details and activity (to show areas visited)
  • filters may be applied to searches which may be sorted by column heading
• Additional features
  • card holders may be given temporary access to a restricted area
  • provide additional restricted zone card 
  • cleaning staff may be logged on and off site without granting permanent access rights
  • groups of visitors may be checked in at the same time
