Emirates has joined forces with OpenAI in a strategic effort to promote artificial intelligence (AI) implementation across its airline operations.
This collaboration aims to integrate ChatGPT Enterprise across all enterprise functions, complemented by customized AI literacy programs, technical research, and executive strategic initiatives to embed AI competencies throughout the organization.

Ali Serdar Yakut, Executive Vice President IT at Emirates, commented on the partnership's promise, stating, “We see enormous potential for AI technology to support our business requirements, helping us tackle complex commercial challenges, strengthening our operations, and enhancing the customer experience.”
