SHD, an established IT company since its inception in 1990 by Dr. Falk Ambos and Dr. Frank Karow, continues its trajectory of success under new leadership.
Dr. Ambos concluded his role as Managing Director on December 31, 2022, though he remains involved with SHD as an external consultant. His contributions over the past 32 years have been instrumental in cementing the company's position as a respected IT service provider in Central and Northern Germany.
Leadership Transition
As of January 1, 2023, Marco Graef has taken over the reins from Dr. Ambos as Managing Director. Graef is tasked with guiding SHD into the future, building on the stable foundation laid by his predecessor. Supporting Graef in this leadership role is Bruno Bellmann, the newly appointed Commercial Director. Bellmann is overseeing the Internal Services department, which integrates functions such as Purchasing, Finance & Controlling, Human Resources, Technical Services, and Internal IT.
