SecurityBridge has promoted Holger Hügel to the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), marking a significant leadership shift within the company.
Previously serving as the Director of Product Management, Hügel will now be responsible for overseeing the technological development and strategic innovation of the company's SAP security platform.
Leadership Transition
This change in leadership comes following Jesper Zerlang's earlier appointment as CEO. The company's original founders, Christoph Nagy and Ivan Mans, who have held the roles of CEO and CTO respectively, will step back from their executive duties but will continue to be actively involved in defining the company's strategic goals.

With more than 25 years in SAP and IT operations, Hügel brings a wealth of expertise in integrating business needs with complex technology frameworks. “I’m excited to continue advancing the SAP security vision established by the company’s founders,” Hügel stated. “There is significant innovation potential ahead for the platform, and I look forward to working with our team to further strengthen how organizations secure their SAP environments.”
