Evolv Technology, a company specializing in AI-driven security solutions, announced the appointment of John Kedzierski as its new Chief Executive Officer and President. Effective December 16, 2024, Kedzierski will also join Evolv's Board of Directors.
Replacing Michael Ellenbogen, who has served as Interim President and CEO since October, Kedzierski brings extensive experience from his previous tenure at Motorola Solutions, where he held key roles including Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales.

Kedzierski's appointment follows his prior involvement with Evolv, having served on its Board of Directors from January 2022 to November 2023 as a representative of Motorola Solutions.
At Motorola, he spearheaded global sales for all enterprise verticals and was pivotal in the company’s video security and access control initiatives. AI-based solutions
Mr. Kedzierski brings to Evolv significant experience high-growth security and technology businesses. Previously, he spent more than 23 years at Motorola Solutions, Inc. (“Motorola Solutions”), most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales.
Mr. Kedzierski was responsible for leading Motorola Solutions’ global sales efforts for all enterprise verticals. Prior to that role at Motorola Solutions, he was responsible for product management, research and development, sales and marketing for Motorola Solution’s Video Security and Access Control business, where he helped Motorola Solutions become a global pioneer in physical security. Mr. Kedzierski also served as a member of Evolv’s Board of Directors from January 2022 to November 2023, as a designee of Motorola Solutions.
