A retired U.S. Army officer, Dr. Martin has a distinguished career in federal government leadership, law enforcement, higher education, and standards development. He has previously led Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM) programs for two federal branches and played a role in shaping the Federal ICAM Roadmap, instrumental in guiding government identity security efforts.
Focus on Critical Infrastructure Security
Currently, Dr. Martin serves as the CEO of Consullition, LLC, a consultancy specializing in physical and cybersecurity, and also holds the position of Doctoral Chair and Adjunct Professor at Capitol Technology University.
