Fire-Lite Alarms has strongly supported associations such as SIA, which have advocated for the rights of manufacturers and their dealer customers
Fire-Lite Alarms is one of only 19 tenured companies to have achieved this membership milestone

Fire-Lite Alarms by Honeywell is being recognized by the Security Industry Association (SIA) for its 25 years of membership with the popular security advocacy group. Of SIA’s nearly 500 corporate members, Fire-Lite Alarms is one of only 19 tenured companies to have achieved this membership milestone.

“Together with the support of companies like Fire-Lite, SIA has been able to establish standards and legislation that have had a hugely positive impact on our industry’s technological offerings,” says Alain Taylor, SIA manager of member relations and development.

Since its inception in 1952, Fire-Lite Alarms has strongly supported associations such as SIA, which have advocated for the rights of manufacturers and their dealer customers. The association’s focus on training closely mimics Fire-Lite Alarms’ mission to provide dealers a wide variety of educational offerings, including free online training, and free hands-on training sessions throughout the US.

All Fire-Lite Alarms equipment is non-proprietary and sold over-the-counter by security equipment distributors nationwide. More information on Fire-Lite Alarms systems and training programs are available at www.firelite.com. To become a SIA member, visit www.siaonline.org.
