Award-winning security provider Octavian Security has expanded its property portfolio by opening new offices, located in both Central and North London. Octavian now has presences in Farringdon, close to the boundary with the City of London, and Waltham Cross.

The Nottingham-headquartered company announced this strategic move, which is designed to further facilitate the growth of its already substantial current client base in and around London.

The offices will provide a base for business development, operational, supervisory and managerial staff, who will have better access to clients’ sites in order to continue building on Octavian’s industry-leading customer service.

The new branches will also service a wide range of current contracts. These include three sites for UPS, three for iQ Student Accommodation, Prologis Developments, Goodman Logistics, The National Trust, Sunlight Services Group, together with many sites for construction giants Laing O’Rourke.

Commercial director Tony Mellor believes that this key step into the capital will enable significant further improvements in Octavian’s already high standards.

“These new offices will allow us to maintain and improve on our service to existing clients, thanks to the convenience of being located close to them,” he explained.

“We are also certain that this step will open up more opportunities for additional blue chip contracts in the capital moving forward.”
