Starting May 4, 2026, Ramji will spearhead the company's product and technological advancements, succeeding Ronnen Armon following a transition period. Armon is set to retire shortly after the handover.

Ramji enters Cellebrite with significant experience in nurturing tech companies through periods of notable growth and transition. His previous role was at Okta as President of Auth0, where he managed a $1 billion annual recurring revenue business.
He also led their product, data, security, and technology strategies. His past experiences include senior positions at DigitalOcean, Amazon, NBCUniversal, LiveIntent, and The Nielsen Company.

He joins from Okta, where he served as President of Auth0, managing a $1 billion ARR business and overseeing its product, data, security and technology strategy and execution. Before Auth0 and Okta, Ramji served as the Senior Vice President of Product at DigitalOcean, and held leadership positions at global brands including Amazon, NBCUniversal, LiveIntent and The Nielsen Company.
